Flying Dutchman Levitates Outside White House: How Does He Do It?

How crazy is this, A flying Dutchman stuns tourists by levitating in front of the White House.

This illusion has the public gob smacked and you can see an observer checks for wires and other tricks, but can’t find any.

Can you spot how he does it? Or is it really will power as the Dutchman claims?

Personally, I think he is sitting on a heavily reinforced stick with a platform that goes through the rug laying on the ground with a wide base.
