Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese Team Up For Fourth Film

When these two unite, every movie turns to gold so it’s unsurprising Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio have announced their fourth film together. The movie, called Shutter Island is based on Dennis Lehane’s 1954-set novel which follows the story of a US Marshall hunting for a murderess who’s escaped from Shutter Island mental facility during a hurricane.

It seems the film’s plot may be a little simpler than the duo’s previous pieces, so it’ll be interesting to see which direction Scorsese takes the movie.

Laeta Kaolgridis will be writing the script. Shutter Island will begin to shoot next March
