Anthony Hopkins To Star In Alfred Hitchcock Biopic

Anthony Hopkins is the man to go to when you’re looking for someone to play the Master of Suspense after all, he was the man behind cinema’s scariest psycho - Hannibal Lecter. Hopkins has now confirmed that he will play Alfred Hitchcock in an upcoming biopic.

The film, to be directed by Ryan Murphy, will open with the making of psycho. Personally I think Hopkins will make a great Hitchcock and the film opening with the making of psycho is a great touch. That way we can delve into the director’s odd ways, including his creepy obsession with blondes.

Another Hitchcock rumour is that the fabulous Helen Mirren will play Hitchcock’s wife - this movie is sounding great already!
