Who is the better Politician Democrat Hillary Clinton or Republican Rudy Giuliani?

As we know both Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Rudy Giuliani are on target to win the US presidential nomination for their parties, but what would the outcome be if they were both to go head-to-head in a presidential election, and who is the better Politician?
If they were to go head-to-head Hillary Clinton would have a slight advantage as she was the first lady to President Bill Clinton, and is well- disciplined. Then we have Rudy Giuliani who comes from the New York streets this makes him one tough cookie, and remember he was a very popular Mayor for New York, and did a great job for the City when 9-11 happened.

I would not like to say who the better Politician is out of Giuliani or Clinton, but you could.
