It has been reported that Orlando Bloom is being investigated by the LAPD.

Last week Orlando Bloom got into a car accident that left his passenger with a fractured neck.

Apparently Orlando initially tried to flee the scene but stuck around when a photographer warned him of the consequences of a hit-and-run.

So thanks to the paparazzi Orlando is now being investigated by the LAPD for possible hit-and-run charges.
