Nintendo Wii: Better On Your Own Or With Others

Here is a question for all you Nintendo Wii fans out there is it better to play the Wii on your own or with others?
We have a Nintendo Will, Playstaion 3 and X box 360 but when we have guests come over we always play the Wii because it gets everyone involved in the games and is great fun.
It seems to me that the Wii is a great party piece to have in your home and the other consoles are for the serious gamers out there for example my husband on Halo 3 at the moment on the X box 360.
What do you think can you play the Wii on your own or do you think it is better with others?

There are a lot of party games out for the wii, no doubt. However its all in what games you have for the wii. Wii Sports is naturally a multiplayer game. If you own Mario Party 8, Super Mario Strikers, Madden etc, you are going to be playing a lot of multiplayer. But, you get your hands on games like Zelda, Metroid, RE4, and the upcoming Mario Galaxy, then you will be wanting some alone time. Its all about your library.
