Lindsay Lohan Files Counter Suit Against Accident Victim

Looks like Lindsay Lohan has some unfinished business to sort out and she is going to make sure that she gets it sorted now she is back in LA.

It’s reported that Lindsay has filed a counter suit against the accident victim from her Hollywood car crash in 2005.

It’s said that Lindsay is claiming that she was not responsible for the crash but it was the other driver, Raymundo Ortega.

Raymundo filed a negligence lawsuit against Lindsay back in June claiming that she had been drinking at Ivy just before the accident.

Lindsay is stating in her lawsuit that Raymundo made an illegal u-turn in front of her car causing her to hit the brakes but not in time which led to her car hitting his van.

It’s said that Lindsay wants $75,000 in damages from Raymundo.

The court date is set for of April 7, 2008 for both cases.
