Marshall Bruce Mathers III was born October 17, 1972, he is better known by his stage name Eminem and also known as Slim Shady.
Eminem is an Oscar winning American rapper, record producer, and actor from Detroit, Michigan.
Having sold over seventy million albums worldwide Eminem is one of the highest-selling musicians of the early 2000s and one of the highest-selling rap artists of all time.
Eminem was discovered by rapper and producer, Dr. Dre. When Dr. Dre first heard Eminem’s mixtape, he thought Eminem was black.
Dr. Dre later signed Eminem to his record label, Aftermath Entertainment.
The question is who can touch Eminem as he seems to be the best out there at the moment?

You guys are embarrassing yourself. You honestly think eminems the best of all time? Because no joke, thats funny. Hes good. But not the best by far. and Jay Z is gonna come back bigger then Eminem. Eminem will sell more because he is white. Eminem admits “if he was white he woulda sold half” You dont even have to graduate from high school to kno that, common.
eminem is hands down the best rapper alive. no one else alive is better. all these new rappers suck. plain and simple. no rhyming skills at all. just a bunch of club/pop bangers. theres very few actual lyricists out there. nas and jay are rite under him. can throw in kanye, talib, common, wu tang as other legit main stream artists. the only other good rappers out there are either underground, deceased, or not sure if there still makin music. like ice cube, scarface, lauryn hill, mos def, etc. but the g.o.a.t. is 2pac. no doubt. no questions asked. and for those who think jay is better, cmon. he just has a lot more albums them em. go listen to renegade and wat nas says on ether. its ova
Well by touching eminem you mean by dissing him and making eminem look bad i dont think anyone can. Seems like those who have tried just got bitch slapped and shut their mouth afterwards. But who can sell more records?..who knows, and who cares so much stuff is pirated these days it doesnt really say much.
What the fuck. First of all to anyone that says Jigga is better then EM, listen to Renegade. Just like NAS said “Eminem murdered you on your own shit” Next to EM would be PAC then WEEZIE then EAZY then Biggie then Dre (and I only say dre cus he had some of the hottest beats of all time)If too short was so good would he still be rappin…no cus hes broke. Kayne is garbage, he cant make a beat without sampelin someone elses song. Nas was hot when he was produced by steve stout, then I AM and Still matic. 50 is hott but hype (seriously vitamin water made that dude too rich to care) Bottom line Eminem is a white dude dominating the rap game yet hes respected by all rappers and feared by some. ok dudes. no one knows how to use their words right. the second someone says, “who’s best?” people immediately voice their opinions pathetically. first off, you can start by saying that Eminem is absolutely original. Do you people know what that word means? Do you use it accordingly? He’s original and that means no one else sounds like him. Nobody raps like him. You can be an imitator or try to sound like him, but in reality you are just ripping off his style. He composed his own style and his own lyrics from his own power. Also, his originality is very popular. Many people enjoy listening to his music. Now keep these things in mind and in context when you decide to compare other artists together.
By the way, I forgot to mention, the rest of what you think is just your opinion anyway. There is really no way to decide entirely who is best and who is better than who. You might think being the best rapper is measurable by seeing who sells more, but that isn’t true. You might think the best rapper is who wins the most awards. Whoever you think is the best for any reason, is strictly what you think. I can say he is the best just because he is white. I’m a white-supremacist and since he’s white he is the best. What sense does that make? All that I’m saying is that all the people who posted their opinions aren’t using logic, which makes them critically mistaken. Sure, you think he’s the best because of his rhymes and style. So in other words what you are really saying is he is your favorite rapper because you enjoy the way he sounds to you more than NaS or Jay-Z or any other rapper. I enjoy many rappers’ music and for me to decide who is best isn’t possible BUT, if I HAD to chose who I liked the most I would pick my favorite rapper. To any of you reading this it should seem pretty obvious since I am wasting my time typing on this website.
