The Kitchen Counter Herb Garden

If outdoor space is limited where you live, or you fancy giving someone a pretty unique gift this Christmas then The Kitchen Counter Herb Garden will be just what you need. Perfect for the keen cook, the Kitchen Counter Herb Garden is an indoor garden that provides all the necessary light, moisture, air and nutrients for you to grow your own herbs right on your kitchen counter - all without soil, sunlight, weeds, pesticides or green fingers!

The counter-top garden holds seven pods containing a single seed embedded in a sponge. Placing the matching transparent plastic dome onto each pod will allow the seed to achieve necessary temperature for germination. Stored in the gardens reservoir is an organic-based nutrient-rich water solution which is pumped through a network of channels in the irrigation system, resulting in proper moisture.

Two 26-watt full spectrum fluorescent bulbs will provide the herbs with up to 24 hours of optimal light. The integrated micro-processor will automatically adjust the nutrient and light delivery to the pods as they grow to ensure your herbs grow big and strong!

The Kitchen Counter Herb Garden includes nutrient tabs and seven herb seed pods including dill, chives, cilantro, oregano, mint and two types of basil. The garden is reusable with different seed pods.
