OJ Simpson Court Case: guns were involved.
It has been reported that one of the five men accused of taking part in a Las Vegas hotel room robbery with OJ Simpson says guns were involved.

40 year old Charles Cashmore is said to testify that two men were armed in the confrontation over sports memorabilia.

He has agreed to plead guilty to being an accessory to robbery.

O.J Simpson and the others are charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, assault, burglary and conspiracy.

The charges relate to a September 13 encounter in a Las Vegas casino hotel room between Simpson and memorabilia collectors Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Fromong.

O.J Simpson says he wanted to retrieve personal items and his lawyers maintain no guns were used.

Police released images from hotel security videotapes soon after the incident showing Cashmore carrying a box from the room.

The case continues.
