JVC KV-PX701 and KV-PX501 navigators: personal navigational device to use Navteq maps

JVC KV-PX701 and KV-PX501 navigators
As if we did not have enough navigators on the market JVC announce that they want to get in on the action with two new models, the KV-PX701 and KV-PX501. Both these personal navigational device systems are said to use Navteq maps, and is hoped to hit the market very soon.

A 400MHz Samsung processor will keep things running smoothly, the JVC KV-PX701 comes with a 4.3-inch touchscreen, integrated RDS-TMC capability and a SiRFstarIII chipset. The JVC KV-PX501 comes with a 3.5-inch touch panel, a RDS-TMC module which has been built into the mount, and a Media Tec GPS receiver.

The JVC Sat-Nav KV-PX701 will cost €399 and the JVC KV-PX501 GPS will cost €349, and both will be released later this month.
