Emerging Stories From The Stuff Show 2007
We thought that you gadget fans (like me) would like an update on the emerging stories coming up at this year’s Stuff show as you may be interested prior to the event.

Quirky interactive Features

Canon - Canon will be promoting key products including the latest Digital Still Cameras, Digital SLR cameras, Compact Printers, Camcorders and Inkjet Printers. Trained expert staff will be on-hand to demonstrate specific products and to give tips and advice on immediate or future purchases. A key focus will be a studio where you can learn to take pictures of a life model.

Dutchtub - It is a reaction to a society where questions are asked about lifestyles and addresses the demand for a product that stands independently from ‘traditionally’ powered bathing products. The dutchtub works in any place you like, relying only on water and wood. More and more people are turning towards the use of products with simple function and a responsible design.

Men’s Play area - Exactly that, a men’s play area full of toys to play with. There is a Christmas shopping fair at Olympia done the road on the same weekend - wives can drop of their husband at the Stuff show and go off on their Christmas shopping jaunt.

The World’s Biggest Plasma TV - 103 inches wide, weighs 220kg and worth £50,000.

Apple iPhone - demonstrations first in the UK

The Stuff magazine Cool List 2007: Award winners list of what’s hot this year for Christmas and early 2008. All winners will be announced at an awards party at a London Venue on 25th October, and winners will be exhibited at the show.

Koenigsegg car: PS3 Games racing in high-def and the Koenigsegg car which runs on ethanol and is worth £750,000. Two huge 4m screens racing Koenigsegg cars head to head. (It remains the only car The Stig has ever crashed)

British Brands - Who needs to go abroad to see all of the latest and hottest gadgets, when the UK has some of the best product launches around.

Monitor Audio - Will be launching their new and spectacular ‘Platinum Series’ range - The Platinum series is hand built, and was designed by MA’s team in Essex. Monitor Audio is the largest and only privately British owned loudspeaker manufacturer left in the UK.
