Nintendo Wii to stay at $249: How much would you pay?
Nintendo Co Ltd has announced that they are to keep the price of their Wii games console at $249; this is for the time being anyway. The reason for this decision is that the Nintendo have been selling of their Wii units that are being made, so why would they want to reduce the price.

Nintendo said that the price will stay at $249 for the foreseeable future.
This is the right decision from a business sense, why would you want to reduce a price if all units are being sold.

However from a consumer point of view I am always after a bargain, so how much would you pay for a Nintendo Wii?

Just purchased my Wii two days ago for the $249 price. And I agree that it makes sense to keep it at that price, since they are still selling out everywhere. Why would Nintendo lower the price?

I do hope that they use the extra revenue to come out with some more GAMES, for Pete’s sake. I’ve been playing video games for 20 years now. Enough with the Mario party games. We’ve seen it before. Let’s see something else, Nintendo.
