Microsoft Xbox 360 had Falcon, now they have Jasper who has shrunk ATI graphics to 65-nm

We defiantly know that the Xbox 360 has some heat problems but with the new Jasper based 360 it will be much more reliable that the ones we have today which are 90-nm versions, this means that the updated console will pack a punch with the physically smaller memory chips.
Microsoft probably will be in position to cut the prices AGAIN by next August.
Does this mean that smaller the material smaller the costs overall?
