Michelle Rodriguez Is Going Back To Jail

It has been reported that Actress Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced on Wednesday to 180 days in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation on previous drunken-driving and hit-and-run offences.

Its said that a County Superior Court judge ordered Michelle to jail after she admitted failing to complete community service obligations contrary to a signed document stating otherwise.
Frank Mateljan who is the city attorney spokesman said that she must start her term by Christmas Eve.

The probation violation stems from a 2004 plea of no contest — the equivalent of guilty — to three traffic offences in Los Angeles, including hit-and-run and drunken driving.
