Jamelia Is Engaged To Darren Byfield

Jamelia who has a two-year-old daughter, Tiani, with Darren was said to have been thrilled when he popped the question during his birthday party on Sunday.

Jamelia who also has a six-year-old daughter, Teja, from a previous relationship said that “I’m completely over the moon. Darren proposing was a real surprise but I’m totally delighted. I can’t stop smiling.”

At the beginning of this year Darren and Jamelia briefly split, but Jamelia was always hopeful of reconciliation.

Jamelia said that “I didn’t want to split. We have a child together, and I would love for us to work it out. I still want to marry Darren, and he wants to marry me. If we get back together, that’s definitely going to be next on the agenda. It’ll definitely happen.”
