The NFLPA are not happy about the recent arbitrator’s ruling that the Falcons could reclaim bonuses from Michael Vick. This is only the first round for the disgraced quarterback and it is a round that he has lost, so he now has to face the prospect of paying back all of the bonuses that he made while playing for the team.
NFLPA, the players union has said that they are to appeal the ruling that Michael Vick has to pay back at least $19,970,000 in bonuses; this is over the past three years while he has been playing for the Falcons. If the Atlanta Falcons do manage to recover this money it will then be credited to their future salary cap, it will also help the team as they have lost one of their biggest franchise players.
