The UK chief executive Steve Easterbrook of the company told Sky News Jeff Randall that the burger chain will go back to basics and the basics are “BURGERS”, he said that in the 2 years he has been responsible for the business and has focused on fixing the fundamentals of the business, and in reality that means running burger restaurants.
He went on to say that share prices have hit a record $56 (£28), McDonald’s only offer 2 salad options and Mr Easterbrook insisted that is the right number to have. McDonald’s have always strived to give the customer what they want for example Wi-Fi in their restaurants.
