Jammie Thomas $222,000 damage award appeal RIAA case for file sharing

Jammie Thomas the woman that has a $222,000 damage award on here shoulders for sharing songs via Kazaa has confirmed that she will in fact appeal, Jammie Thomas and her lawyer are on the CNN video and both have claimed that they will appeal because she says that she has done nothing wrong and will not be bullied.

We are not too sure on the nature of the appeal but Jammie Thomas’s lawyer has said that it will have to do with whether or not Thomas did actually transfer a song to another Kazaa user or if she made it available on the network.

We will have to wait and see the outcome on this news and we will let you all know the outcome.
