Acer to acquire Gateway and they will Packard Bell B.V.: Three computer giants under one roof

We know that Acer are to acquire Gateway, but it now seems that together these two computer giants have official announced that they want to acquire Packard Bell B.V., Gateway has offered to purchase all of the shares from S.à.r.l., the PB holding company.

S.à.r.l. is an entity that is controlled by Hui Hui, who currently own 75 percent of Packard Bell Holdings this is the parent company of Packard Bell B.V., all parties involved in this are to consult together in a works council in both the Netherlands and France. Before the acquisition goes ahead, all companies involved will have to get regulatory approval first.
