The Wispa Is Back And It Tastes Good!

Oh yeah baby it’s back! The best chocolate bar ever to hit the UK (well to me anyway), The WISPA BAR, has returned. Cadbury has bought the Wispa chocolate bar back after campaigns on websites like Facebook and MySpace demanding its return.
Tony Bilsborough, at Cadbury, said: “We get letters about the Aztec bar and the lime barrel in the Dairy Milk tray. But this is on a whole different scale. This is the first time we are going to give the internet a chance to prove itself and see whether it is all hype or genuine.”
Well, it’s genuine alright because today I went to the shop and bought pleasure wrapped in purple for myself.
I’m glad to see the big bosses at Cadbury haven’t changed the original packaging and plastered “limited edition” all over it - maybe it’s a sign that Wispa’s are back for good?
Anyway, back to the important bit - eating a Wispa bar for the first time in four years. Was I excited? Yes. I was so excited I was nearly sick!… as the wrapper peeled off the milk chocolate wonder was revealed. I was ready to eat.
Good news: The Wispa bar tastes exactly the same as it did all those years ago. The chocolate still melts in your mouth and makes you feel instantly happy.
It was definitely worth the wait, remember: a Wispa a week makes life look less bleak!
