2008 Cadillac CTS Bestselling 08 Car: Outselling Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Honda Accord

If you were to ask somebody what they thought was the best selling 2008 car many would say the Honda Accord or maybe the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, well they would be wrong as the best selling 08 car is in fact the Cadillac CTS. Over at Kicking Tires they said that looking at the figures the auto makers do not break down the reports to show you what were the 2007 and the 2008 models, but Kicking Tires just looked at the figures from when the 08 models were released.

In August the 2008 Cadillac CTS sold 3,887 cars but in September they sold 6,416 units, that’s a massive increase of 65% in the units that is sold month over month. Mercedes-Benz C-Class sales shot up by 42.8%, while sales of the Honda Accord went up by 37.3%.

If I had the money I would go for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but I can dream ah.
