Pete Doherty’s drink and drugs court hearing has been put back
It has been reported that Pete Doherty’s drink and drugs court hearing has been put back until later this month.

Pete faces a prison sentence after admitting possessing crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine, and driving without insurance or MOT.

Pete was due to appear at West London Magistrates Court today but the hearing will now be heard on the 28th October.

Apparently Pete has been told his fate depends on pre-sentence reports on his drug problem.

District Judge Davinder Lachhar warned 28-year-old Doherty he would be jailed unless he attended rehabilitation sessions. She said that “As far as I am concerned, I have either a custodial sentence or a community order in mind. Depending on what information I have when you next come to court, the decision will be made.”

What do you think do you think that he will serve a jail sentence?
