This is the rumored HTC S730 Vox which is the successor to the S710; this smartphone apparently features a 400MHz Qualcomm processor and 3G radio.
If the spy shots are to be believed, then you should also know that the HTC S730 Vox is meant to have a much better keyboard, WiFi option, a new front-facing camera and Bluetooth.
