Kiefer Sutherland charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI

It looks like Kiefer Sutherland has now been charged by the Los Angeles County City Attorney’s office with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

The 24 actor was charged with one count for driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above and one count of driving under the influence.

It was early Tuesday morning when Kiefer Sutherland was arrested, but what he really wants to worry about is the fact that he’s got to re-appear in front of Judge Michael Sauer on the 16th of October (the City Attorney’s office also asked that Sutherland’s 2004 probation be revoked).

By the way that Judge on the 16th of October is the same Judge that threw the book at Paris Hilton, if Kiefer Sutherland gets convicted on both charges he may get one and half years in jail.
