Jodie Foster Better in The Brave One or Flightplan?

Jodie Foster is a household name. She first started acting in commercials at the tender age of two and hasn’t looked back since. She got her first movie break in 1975 playing the part of Iris the prostitute in the film Taxi Driver. She won an academy award nomination for that role and found her career was beginning to take off.

Since Taxi Driver, Jodie has been in many amazing films including The Accused and Silence of the Lambs. More recently, Jodie has wowed audiences with her performances in Flightplan and The Brave One.

In the movie Flight plan (2005), Jodie Foster played Kyle Pratt, a mother who goes finds herself living her worst nightmare when her six-year-old daughter Julia vanishes without a trace mid-flight from Berlin to New York. As Kyle desperately tries to convince the passengers and flight crew she’s not crazy, all the evidence points to the fact her daughter was never onboard the flight.

The movie has grossed an estimated $200 million worldwide and received great reviews.
Also receiving amazing reviews is Jodie’s most recent movie, The Brave One. In the film Jodie plays Erica who, after her husband is murdered in a vicious attack, takes it upon herself to seek revenge.

I’ve seen both movies and I think Jodie Foster was far better in Flightplan, although she does kick butt in The Brave One. I also think Flightplan was a better movie, but that’s just my opinion.
