PVC-1: 85 Minute Movie Shot In One Take

Orsen Wells, Alfred Hitchcock, Martin Scorsese and Brian DePalma have all dabbled with all-in-one tracking shots and it seems the technique is getting more popular. PVC-1 is a film which premiered at Cannes. The film was shot in an all-in-one 85 minute tracking shot and tells the story of a Columbian woman who is taken hostage and turned into a ticking time bomb.

The film may be something you wouldn’t usually watch but I can guarantee you will become gripped. The camera work is amazing and the all-in-one tracking style adds to the films suspense.

This film I got to see! The trailer got me hooked. Where can I see the film at? Is it showing in the States? Maybe at an art house theatre?
