AnnaSophia Robb Escapes To Witch Mountain

AnnaSophia Robb made a name for herself playing Violet Beauregarde in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It seems her great acting paid off as she had now joined the case of Witch Mountain. The film is an adaptation of Alexander Key’s novel Escape From Witch Mountain which stars The Rock.

The novel was made into a movie back in 1975, but isn’t worth mentioning. The latest version is said to have a little more edge to it, according to Andy Fickman,

“The original book is a very cool dark thriller. We’re pulling elements from that. It’s a much darker movie than in the 70s when they did ‘Escape to Witch Mountain”.

Robb was good in Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and The Rock is the best thing in whatever movie he’s in so, so far so good!
