Your Favorite Action: Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer vs Transformers

Both movies were huge summer blockbusters this year and both have a huge following but what I want to know is which film is your favorite - Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer or Transformers?

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer was the sequel to the popular Fantastic Four movie. In it’s opening weekend, the movie took in a whopping $58,051,684 and has earned an estimated $279,053,288 worldwide so far.

So, Fantastic Four certainly raked in the crowds but how about Transformers?

Transformers was the long awaited comic book adaptation by Michael Bay. The pre-release buzz with this movie was huge. So, when it finally hit theaters, how did it fare? Well, in it’s opening weekend, Transformers took $70,502,384 at the box office, blowing Fantastic Four out of the water. It has since earned around $694,393,545 worldwide.

So, as you can see when you look at ticket sales there is a clear winner but I don’t want the box office opinion I want yours.

In my opinion, Fantastic Four is the better movie, but as a fan of the first film it was an obvious choice.
