Heroes spinoff Will Feature Installment Written And Directed By Eli Roth

Heroes: Origins will reportedly contain episodes written by Eli Roth and Michael Dougherty.

Apparently the Heroes spin-off will feature an instalment written and directed by self-confessed fan Eli Roth who is best known as the creative force behind the recent Hostel movies. Dougherty, who co-wrote the blockbuster Superman Returns, will also be penning an episode.

The new series is due to debut in April 2008. Each episode will feature a new character and viewers will ultimately choose one new ‘Hero’ to join the cast of the main show.
