High School Musical 2 Is Now In The Uk

On Friday High School Musical premiered in the UK for the first time and my daughter was not going to miss it for anything as she had been waiting to see it for ages.
So the question is which one was better High School Musical or High School Musical 2?
I can not yet comment because I have not watched it but would like to know your views.
Did Zac play the part of Troy Bolton better in the 2nd one or was he better in the first?
