Massive Volume of Sex Slows Justice System

This increase in sex related claims has been fuelled by the increase in lawyers offering “no win, no fee” deals to clients.
Jenny Watson, who is chairwoman of the Equal Opportunities Commission, has said that she is urging ministers to consider a moratorium on all new equal-pay sex claims.
Many sex discrimination lawyers have have picked up on the fact that staff doing similar jobs sometimes get different amount of money depending of their sex. Lawyers have used the tribunals system to claim compensation and back pay.
