Britney Spears Could Face 6 Months in Jail over hit-and-run

Britney Spears has been charged with a hit-and-run motoring offence and this could lead to the pop princess getting around 6 months in jail.

The hit-and-run is in connection with the crash in an LA car park (August 07) when Britney Spears also did not have a valid license.

If Britney is convicted she could face a fine of $1,000, but that is not a worry for the rich celebrity…the time behind bars is.

Britney Spears was caught by a photographer when she crashed into another vehicle (it would not surprise me these same photographers do not cause many crashes).

After looking at the damage to her car, it has been alleged that Britney then just walked away from the scene.

When the owner of the vehicle Britney hit filed a police report 3 days later, it showed that Britney did not have a license.

The court hearing is due to take place on October 10th and sadly this is another problem to add too many the celeb has had of late.
