Apple Admit Faulty iPod Touch Displays, Do Nano and Classic?

Apple has recently, quite simply admitted that some of the new iPod Touch screens are indeed faulty, which is not the standard that we expect from the mighty fruit. To be exact, Apple stated that some of the units shipped early have “defective screens”.

Should iPod Nano and Classic users be worried? Reported problems with the new nano include “tilted” screens, off centre screens.

Even the classic has come in for the battering from the media, with some claiming the sound has changed for the worse due to new, probably cheaper, audio codec chips.

Will this deter you from buying from the new range of iPods? I’m still drooling over that iPod Nano.

When I get it they’ll probably fix the problem, so I’m not concerned.

Apple fixed this problem almost straight away, thankfully.
