Police Hunt Underway As Two Students Shot AT Delaware State University In The US

A police hunt is underway for a Gunman after two students have been shot at Delaware State University in the US near the Memorial Hall around 1am.

Classes at the university have been cancelled for the day and everyone on the campus has been told to stay in their buildings.

The two victims, a male and a female, have been taken to hospital.

The male student is said to be in a stable condition, and the female has serious injuries.

A statement fron the university said that “The University is implementing a plan to provide essential services to its residential population on campus, because the suspect is still at large, residential students are directed to remain in their residence halls for their safety until further notice.”

This story comes just months after the fatal shootings that took place at a university in the US does this mean that the universities need to up there security abit more for the safety of the students.
