Britney Spears Out Clubbing After Court Hearing

Britney Spears was spotted out parting in Los Angeles last night despite a new court order stipulating she submit to random drug and alcohol tests.

Britney was told that she would now have to have random tests twice a week and attend parenting classes as part of her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline to keep sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney was granted to continue with the current shared custody agreement, but was handed the order following accusations that she took drugs in front of her children.

Despite all this Britney was seen clubbing at the Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood amongst friends including singer Avril Lavigne until last orders were called.
