Today brings the news of another awful railway tragedy. You may remember the teenage girl who died on a railway line five weeks ago. It’s with regret we bring you the news that her mother has been found dead on the same line of track.
Joanna Coombs, 40, was found dead near Manningtree station in Essex last night. It was five weeks ago when her 17 year old daughter Natasha was found dead near the same spot after she vanished following a night out with friends in Ipswich on July 27.
At a press conference, Mrs Coombs was understandably shaken as she appealed for help in finding her daughter.
Speaking then of her daughters disappearance, Mrs Coombs said,
“The house is so empty without her, it’s unbearable.”
Today police officially said that there had been another death in the same spot but would not confirm the identity of the dead person. Sources have said the body found was that of Mrs Coombs.
We will bring you more as we get it.
