The “secret witness” in Britney Spears custody hearing has just been revealed and it is her old bodyguard Tony.

Britney fired Tony a few months back when she started her House of Blues tours.

It has been reported that Attorney Gloria Allred said in a press conference today that Britney allegedly had “nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab.”
