Britney Spears Former Bodyguard Prevented From Giving Evidence

We reported earlier that Britney spears ex body guard was due to give evidence in court but it now turns out that he was in fact prevented from giving evidence.
Tony Barretto, who was hired by Britney after her recent stint in rehab, had been prepared to tell the court about his concerns over her behaviour.
His lawyer, Gloria Allred, said outside the court in Los Angeles she was “shocked” he had not been given the opportunity to testify.
Gloria said that “during his brief stint as Britney’s employee, Mr Barretto had become concerned about the safety and wellbeing of the pop star’s children. Our client was prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children post-rehab,”

No he should not have been at court at all. He is a disgruntled employee and most likely a friend of K-Fed or person paid off to lie by K-Fed. Anything he has to say is hear say unless he has pictures which of course he does not. If he really saw Britney doing drugs “daily” as Gloria claimed then what kind of a person would watch that and not go to the police while she was supposedly on the drugs and in charge of her kids? He made it up for pay from K-Fed.
Walking around her house in the nude is her bizz if it is even true. Don’t know many guys that would complain about that..maybe he is gay???? or it never happened. And many people with children under 3 years old take showers/bath with the child.
K-Fed has driven Britney crazy which explains the shaved head while he was threatening drug tests and telling her that even if she was in the room when he smoked pot that would show up with a hair drug test. So she shaved her head….but he kept things up……I read that the drug rehab did not find drugs in her system…K-Fed also was at the crux of things the day she hit a paprazzis’ car at K-Fed’s condo..
This is all about K-Fed doing whatever he can to get free money from Britney. The judge should order her to buy a house for the kids and K-Fed can stay in it only those days that he has visitation with the kids. The nannie should be hired and paid by Britney and when the kids are ready for college Brit can sell the house and K-Fed can go back to his life sans Britneys’ money. He never intended to be married to Britney for very long but was trying to get as much money from her as he could. Judges need to see the scum for who they are. And Britney needs to get back to her Mom and sister.
I don’t see what the problem is a mother walking naked in front of her children.
The drug issues are more of concern, good to hear she will get tested for drug use!
