Southland Tales Trailer Will Be Released This Week And Darko Gets A Dirty Girl

Donnie Darko director Richard Kelly has assured us that the trailer for Southland Tales will be “released this week in a very big way” What does that mean? Well we’re not actually sure but we’ve been looking forward to the trailer for this movie for a while.

Kelly has also officially launched Darko Entertainment, which aims to back ‘modestly budgeted, director-driven films’. The first project without Kelly attached will be in association with Killer Films.

Dirty Girl, directed by Abe Sylvia is a comedic story of the search for identity and the redemptive power of unexpected friendship. In the movie we meet Danielle, the dirty girl of Norman High School. Danielle’s behaviour gets her banished to special ed, where she teams up with an innocent closet-case and together they head on a road trip to discover each other, themselves through a funny and friendship that seems to be their destiny.
