Microsoft Loses courtroom appeal: now what for the computer software giant
It seems that Microsoft have lost their courtroom appeal at the European Commission, Microsoft was appealing for the massive £343m fine that they were given for abusing its dominant position. The European Commission is Europe’s second highest court, it is now believed that Microsoft will appeal for a second time and take their case to the European Court Of Justice.

But what if the software giant loses that appeal, it seems as if they will have to face the verdict and pay the fine.
