Man dies after 3 days non stop on the Internet in China

The 30 year old man who is from southern boomtown of Guangzhou was rushed to the hospital but to after trying to revive him he died, the local authorities were apparently quoted by the Beijing News as saying. Police have in fact ruled out suicide, According to Reuters, China are so worried about porn material and politically incorrect information that they have decided on the fact that opening of new cybercafés this year plus have also issued orders which limit the internet users they can spend online.
Do you think they should put a limit on how long users are allowed to use the internet cafes?
