Man dies after 3 days non stop on the Internet in China

A man in Guangzhou, China was playing games non stop for 3 days at an Internet Café there of which he died. The paramedics were called and they tried their hardest to revive the man but of which failed, the man was later on declared dead at the Internet Café. The 30 year old man apparently died from over exhaustion which was obviously brought on because he was playing for many hours on the Internet.

The 30 year old man who is from southern boomtown of Guangzhou was rushed to the hospital but to after trying to revive him he died, the local authorities were apparently quoted by the Beijing News as saying. Police have in fact ruled out suicide, According to Reuters, China are so worried about porn material and politically incorrect information that they have decided on the fact that opening of new cybercafés this year plus have also issued orders which limit the internet users they can spend online.

Do you think they should put a limit on how long users are allowed to use the internet cafes?
