Intel to get their hands on Havok: Does this mean good news for gamers?

The company Havok which will be acquired by Intel was founded in Dublin, Ireland 1998 and have offices splattered all over the world such as Tokyo, Calcutta, Munich, San Francisco, San Antonio and Stockholm, Havok will be totally owned by Intel subsidiary and will also carry on operating as an independent business where they will work with its customers in the development of digital media content.
Of course and as usual the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
