Insurance Sales “should be world class”.

The clarity of information which is provided to people both online and on the telephone, for products such as life insurance and home insurance is to be improved by the ABI (Association of British Insurers).

Nick Starling, Director of General Insurance and Health has commented that hopefully these changes will improve peoples understanding of the products available.

He also commented “the latest ABI initiative will ensure that the UK uses world class online and telephone processes to help people disclose all the relevant information”.
