Britney Spears Could Lose Her Custody Battle Due To A Secret Witness

This week Britney Spears could lose custody of her children according to reports in the US.

It has been reported that there is a “secret” witness that could be brought to court to cast doubt on Britney’s credibility as a mother and possibly including allegations about drug use.

Britney is fighting her ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Some reports suggest that the matter could come to a head quickly.

It has been said that LA lawyer Gloria Allred was bringing the “secret” witness to court.
Britney’s lawyer has said she wants to seal all court papers in the custody battle to avoid further publicity over the case.
