Confused.com have suggested by adding a driver with experience and a full clean licence and no insurance claims to a policy, whilst also avoiding high powered cars and cars with modifications can help to lower premiums.
Confused.com’s Managing Director, Debra Williams said “providing false information can invalidate a policy and prevent a claims payout. This could not only see the motorist severely out of pocket, but could result in them being listed as fraudulent on the Insurance Industry’s database”.
Research from Sainsbury Bank has shown that a motorist could save up to £124.00 by shopping around.
I to have seen the benefit after shopping around for my car insurance I saved a massive £230.00 cutting the price of my policy in half.
