The hopeful presidential candidate, Ron Paul, said on Friday that America is constantly approaching an economic and constitutional crisis due to the significantly growing debt issue. Ron Paul’s views on the debt issue and mortgage crisis that America is supposedly facing, can be read here.
What’s interesting is that Ron Paul himself mentioned that even if he is elected President, the economic status of America is in such a state that the issue is beyond his control now.
“The time is coming. I believe that the great debate is coming,” Paul told those who attended his constitutional lecture at Seattle University.
“We have become soft on the issue of liberty and we have become more concerned about our personal safety and our personal economic well-being and an illusionary trust that government can make us perfectly safe and protect us perfectly in an economic way,” he said.

This is the debate that none want to have. Take your pick: nanny liberals on the left; Stazi brown-shirt neocons on the right. Welcome to the warfare-welfare state.
warfare-welfare state indeed.
Here’s the scoop: the dollar is at an all-time low and is still dropping; Alan Greenspan wouldn’t take any responsibility for the sub-prime lending debacle; and the Peoples’ Republic of China is holding nearly $1 trillion in U.S. debt. No quick fixes for these messes.
Of the candidates running, only Dr. Paul seems eminently conversant about these problems, but of course fixing them is not the work of one man. He would be up against the FED, the CFR, NAFDA, GATT, the U.N. and others who would undermine our sovereignty. Meanwhile, David Rockefeller and his cohorts and happy: the further erosion of U.S. stability will result in the North American union with Canada and Mexico within two years; all part of the “grand design” of the one world government gang.
It is worth of note that most of the top tier candidates are members of the CFR: Giuliani, McCain, Romney, Fred Thompson, Clinton, Edwards, Obama and Joe Biden. A vote for any of these candidates will mean–despite assurances–more of the same destabilizing policies.
Ron Paul has my vote.
“…mortgage crisis that America is supposedly facing…”
Supposedly facing? Are we supposedly at war with Iraq?
Our economy will crash. It’s fiat, it’s inevitable. 4.5 Billion says it will crash by 50% before Sept. 21.

Oh wait..I meant supposedly….
I agree with Ron Paul. He is our only hope.
Stupid politicians get elected by stupid people, there is a big choice this time.
It is beyond the average voter to grasp Ron Paul’s policies.
Ron Paul understands the bulk of the terrorists are Saudi, the Saudi government is friendly, the people are not.
The Iranian government are antagonistic but the people are far more friendly than the Saudis.
Both governments will change in time, then what does the President do?
Ron Paul wants out now, sounds sensible.
I’m with Ron! Onward brother!
I support Dr. Ron Paul’s candidacy with my donations and my vote.
For once in my life, I can really vote FOR someone. Till now, I have always had to vote for the lesser of evils.
I for one sold all my stock and bought gold coins, which has already gone up 50 bucks an ounce in the last month….he also has my vote. It’s been said, it ain’t over until….
