New Satellite from DigitalGlobe Will Improve Google Earth Image Quality

This new satellite will sharpen the imagery on Google Earth and will increase the accuracy of the program.
The spacecraft containing this news satellite is called WorldView I and it will be launched on Tuesday.
With the addition of this new satellite, the company can now collect over 600,000 square kilometers of imagery each day, up from the current collection of that amount each week.
