50 Cent Is Being Sued By Record Producer Carlos Evans

It has been reported that 50 Cent is to be sued by record producer Carlos Evans over royalties for the track ‘Magic Stick’.

Carlos has said to have filed a lawsuit for $2 million against 50 Cent, Lil’ Kim and two record companies, arguing that he mixed and engineered the song.

The lawsuit is said to be claiming $1 million in compensation and $1 million in punitive damages.

‘Magic Stick’ ended up on Lil’ Kim’s La Bella Mafia record on Atlantic Records after initially be planned for 50 Cent’s debut release Get Rich Or Die Tryin’.
