Verizon Wireless Scrapping Bob Marley Ringtones

After apparently being threatened by a trademark infringement lawsuit from the legal representatives for the late reggae legend Bob Marley, Verizon Wireless is dropping all Bob Marley ringtones, ringbacks and pictures.

The decision has come after a statement last month by the family of Bob Marley saying that they would sue Verizon Wireless as Verizon Wireless were using the name, likeness and images of Bob Marley.

Are you disappointed that Verizon Wireless has withdrawn Bob Marley products?

Do you think Verizon Wireless should be allowed to use Bob Marley in their services?

What is for Caesar, give it unto Caesar. What is for Marley, give it unto Marley.
